Captain Jerry Lewis

Captain Jerry Lewis, Owner/Operator, holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master License, is a Certified Divemaster and is the current President of the Southern California Dive Boat Association. Jerry started SCUBA Diving in Southern California in 1972 at the age of 13 and has been SCUBA diving ever since. In 1983 he landed his first Divemaster position on a Southern California boat, and since that time worked on every major dive boat in the area until he bought and began operating his own boat in 1999, the SEA BASS. In 2003 Captain Jerry purchased his current boat, the MAGICIAN which he has reconfigured with upgrades to the interior, exterior and engines to make the MAGICIAN one of the cleanest and safest passenger/sport boats on the West Coast.

The Motor Vessel MAGICIAN, based in San Pedro, California, is a fast sleek-hulled 65 foot passenger/sport ocean going vessel certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. The MAGICIAN has a hot shower, a galley that seats 22, air conditioned bunks for 22 people, spacious fore and aft sun decks for relaxing, and 14 Kayaks on the upper deck for adventures and Experiences in the coves of Catalina Island.
